            Welcome to Ignite Chicago. We are glad to have you here and hope that you will add to what is sure to be a day of great enjoyment for all festival attendees. Below you will find a list of vendor rules that we ask you to please read and observe during the entire time you are on festival grounds. If you are unable or unwilling to comply with these rules please let Shane Merrill an Edan Concerts representative as soon as you have realized there is a problem. We do appreciate your participation in this awesome one-day festival and we hope to have you as a part of our future endeavors.

Edan Concerts

1. Booth must be attended at all times, preferable by two persons minimum if possible.

2. You may only serve the function of what has been agreed upon by Edan Management.

3. You may only sell what Edan Management has agreed upon.

4. Edan reserves the right to ask any vendor to stop selling a particular product, change
their sales tactics, change their wording, or change anything else that they might find offensive or against the general purpose and message of Ignite Chicago.

5. All Banners are to be approved in advance by Edan Management.

6. No music or video may be audibly played beyond the front of your booth.

7. All Lighting must be approved by Edan Management and must not detract from or point at the
musical artists.

8. When leaving we expect the booth area, tent, table, chairs, etc. to be clean and as you found them.
 

9. Please remember that Ignite Chicago is a Evangelical Christian Event operated by an Evangelical Christian company. Your actions, speech, and general demeanor should reflect that of a loving Christian nature.

10. Any and all problems, including customer and/or issues with festival goers should be reported immediately to  an Edan Staff Member.

11. A 15% Merchandise fee will be charged to all vendor sales to be paid to Edan Concerts.
12. Alexian Field reserves the right to charge 8.75% tax as an additional fee as required by the city of Schaumburg.
